Yokosuka Christian Academy’s high school program will prepare students for life beyond graduation through a Christ-centered education that emphasizes academic development, biblical understanding, and personal responsibility. Students will continue to grow in their knowledge and application of Scripture while developing the skills and discernment needed to serve God and others.
High school coursework will be delivered through ACSI’s Sevenstar online education program, with YCA teachers providing supervision, accountability, discipleship, and additional instruction to support students in completing their courses. The benefits of using Sevenstar include:
- Sevenstar is accredited by ACSI, which is recognized in over 100 countries, including Japan. This will open many doors for students pursuing higher education.
- Sevenstar’s curriculum is Biblically integrated.
- Sevenstar requires 40 hours of community service for each year enrolled, which aligns perfectly with YCA’s vision.
